We guarantee all full services for 12 months.
Trade
We are a workshop only business, no shop or counter all our clients deal by post and on line. No personal callers.
Nearly all our work comes from jewellers and watch shops all over the UK but we do accept some private work as well.

Christine & Peter
We have both spent over 40 years working with watches. Christine started her working life in a multiple jewellery shop and over the years has held a number of supervisory and management positions both in retail and workshops.
Peter served an apprenticeship as a clock maker expanding into watches as time went by and has been at the bench ever since both for retailers and watch workshops
What we do how we work.
We are predominantly a workshop for the trade, working for retail jewellers, watch and clock shops and workshops as well as private clients. Please contact us to see if we can help you.
When we receive your parcel Christine books the watches in and then they are assessed and estimates emailed (usually same day) they are then held awaiting your instructions.
When we receive your instruction the watch goes on our workshop schedule or if not a proceed it is returned not done completely free of charge. Please note we are free of VAT also we do not charge return postage on any watch.
Most of our work is servicing of mechanical watches although we do some quartz, usually movement exchange.
Service on mechanical watches involves complete strip down of movement into individual parts, checking repair or replacements of worn or damaged parts ,fully clean and lubricate to specification, timing and testing. New main spring fitted if available.
All full services are given 12 month warranty, we are also happy to quote for part jobs as required.
